Allergy Appointment Info
- A physician referral is required for MSP-enrolled patients to be seen for allergy assessment. Typically this will be from your family physician, paediatrician, or another doctor.
- Please note the wait time is generally 2-3 months. Once your referral has been received by our clinic, you will be sent your appointment time by our clinic via email, that is why it is essential that your referring physician includes your email address on the allergy referral.
- When you receive the email with your appointment time, please accept or decline the appointment time. If you cannot attend the assigned appointment, please press decline and call our office to reschedule.
- After the appointment has been accepted, you will receive two more emails; an invoice for $80 to cover the disposables used for testing, and a safety screening questionnaire. This must be completed at least 7 days prior to the allergy testing appointment to confirm, otherwise we cannot hold the appointment time and it will be cancelled.
- Please review the preparation instructions as soon as you have accepted your appointment by following the links below.
